Elizabeth Martin-Shukrun is Minister Counselor for Public Diplomacy at the U.S. Embassy in London and a member of the U.S. Senior Foreign Service. An experienced public diplomacy professional, she has served in senior diplomatic roles across Europe and Latin America, including as Counselor for Public Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Vienna, Cultural Affairs Officer in Paris, and Spokesperson at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá. She holds a master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College and a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College.
