- Avoid using full names alongside images unless additional consent has been
provided - Do not use images where a child is identified as vulnerable or at risk
- Store images securely with restricted access
- Regularly review retained images for continued relevance
Withdrawal of Consent
Parents, carers, and young people aged 13 or over may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the school or emailing [email protected]. We will cease future use and remove images from digital platforms where reasonably practicable.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Personal data may be stored securely on UK-based servers and in our CRM system, Beacon CRM, which processes data on our behalf.
To protect website forms from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect device and interaction information such as IP address and browser data. This is used solely to detect automated or fraudulent activity.
Disclosure of Information
We may share personal data with employees, contractors or service providers where necessary to deliver our services.
